Well, hopefully I can get some pics up soon. I wana see where you guys place me on the "freakish" scale. Personally I think im really big for 18, but overall im average for a big guy.

I think you posted a picture of yourself once. I agree, you were quite big for 18.

Since I don't really want to be big and clunky, but still be quite powerful, I think that the stationary excercises are definitely a best bet. I'll post some pictures of myself later.

Havent squatted since 10th grade (heavy I mean) but back then I was doing 495, I would guess if I had to try it right now I could only get about 405.

You guys have to realize, I weigh probably double what you do and I was very strong to begin with (before I ever lifted). First time I touched weights I benched 185, Deadlifted 315, and squatted 225. Plus for some reason I gain very very fast, and its not in my faimly either... I was the biggest male in the family at age 15. I am nearly the strongest, and I figure in two years I will be.
