Some rules are here to protect us, true. But some really aren't. The ONLY thing that's really harmful or dangerous about marijuana use is the fact that you can get in a lot of trouble for it. Given a lot of other drugs, even some of the ones I do, can damage you, but so can many of the OTC highs like alcohol or pharmecutecals like DXM.

I choose not to follow the rules that shouldn't be there in the first place, to the best of my ability that I can break the law that shouldn't be there in the first place. You're still downloading music, aren't you? That's against the rules as well - but it shouldn't be, and we're all asserting that when we're downloading music anyway and protecting ourselves from the moneybreathing capitalistic industries that want us to pay for every time we listen to a song. Drug users are more alike than they are different (and people who do drugs AND download music are on top). :b

well phpbb can do that, and your using it.. in the administration page, for "Configuration" >> "Enable account activation" im guessing Admin would be that you will have to authorize the user's registration... not quite sure what thats for, just guessing.. try it out and see! :] thats the closest thing i can think of

OR

are you taking about like a certain section of the forum you want limited to certain people? that gets complicated.. explore the
Group Admin
Management
Permissions
part of the sidebar in phpbb administration, supposably you can set up certain groups of users, and i dont know.. maybe limit a forum to only certain groups

i am quickly losing trust in the accuracy of the Fry's newspaper ads.. lol, its probably every other product in this section of the ad but..
http://shop2.outpost.com/product/4315795
http://shop2.outpost.com/product/4637398

i am interested in getting one of them, as you can see, they are $150 - $30 rebate = $120 and $120 - $25 rebate = $95 for the two products on the site

however, the NEWSPAPER says different, it says:
$120 - $30 rebate = $90 and $95 - $25 rebate = $70
