Wattage is the way to measure power. It's just the ratio between volts and amps.

P=IV

So if you have 10V at 1A, there would be 1 watt of power.

Combination, like as series-parallel? Give me an example and I could really explain it well, this is going to be vauge

Just find the voltage for the series part, then the parallel part, then add.
