There are some things that I can stand, but knowing a single quater pounder with cheese is almost 800 calories is sickning.

I was in a rush so I had to eat breakfast at McDonalds this morning and heres what I had.

2 Breakfast burriots = 300 calories each
1 Hashbrown = 140 calories
1 Small orange juice = 140 calories

Thats 580 calories for basically nothing, I could have eaten two whole entire chicken breasts and still consumed less calories.

Calories isn't everything. If you're pounding down a shitload of fat, plus all the preservatives and all the other shit that Mcdonalds puts in their foods, bad news bro.

gaining weight is easy, ill bet you 200$ that if you listen to me and do what I tell you do to atleast 75% of the time you will gain weight.

The best way to put it is that weight gain = eating more calories then you expend.

The beautiful part here is that its different for everyone so heres what you do, even if you still wish to live off McDonalds which I highly recomend aginst.


Track your calories by documenting EVERYTHING you shove in that hole in your face. EVERYTHING that has caloires I dont care how many everything.

Do this for two weeks, weighing yourself at the start and at the end of the two weeks and evaluate your weight change (if any).

If slight weight gain, say 2-3 pounds then keep it up. If no weight gain then increase the total number of calories you eat by 500 and do another two weeks. If you lose weight add 1000 calories per day and go the two weeks and re evaluate your weight.


Now mind you, if your not lifting and living off of Mickey D's your only going to gain fat and look worse unless your like uber skinny.


Its the same as with me, I could easily lose weight if I wanted to bad enough... the same way you could gain weight if you wanted it bad enough.
