At 110 pounds you can stand to gain atleast 50 more pounds.
You need to start getting more proteins and carbs, weight training would help you exponentially increase your gains.
Dont get me wrong, you dont have to go into the gym and load up 3 45's on each side of the bar to get big. You do whats hard relative to YOU and you will gain muscle ( and weight lol ).
I bet if you upped your calories about 700 a day and starting heavy weight training (again relative) you would pack on the mass.
Changing what you eat is more a health aspect then a gain/lose weight aspect. Lots of skinny folks have heart attacks.
Its up to you now, the balls in your court. Do somthing about it or continue to post about how you wish you could gain weight.
