I did do some research, posted here:

But Verizon phones are harder to hack, not 'bar phones are a lot more hackable'.

... yes... and all the 'flips' you see today are really 'clamshell', just to let you know.

They aren't, thats not what I meant, that was 2005's interpretation.
really, the more hackable phones are the phones that can easily be connected to a PC
and the easiest hackable phones are the popular ones, because 1337 haxors get those phones and hack them, then give you their programs on phone forums so you can hack yours easily.

anything can happen. I NEEDED to hack my Verizon razr, the fucks didn't even give me an option to SWITCH TO 24 HOUR TIME.
I had to, I really had to fucking install a program that can do some weird shit to unlock some connection limitations, and then install ANOTHER program that I had to open after the first program successfully hacked in, THEN and ONLY THEN could I go in and change from '12H' to '24H'. I even had to read a tutorial to figure out wtf I was doing with the second program. It was such a bitch. Fuck Verizon, ooo no 24 hour, they think they're so cool, don't they? My HEX edit changing their "Verizon Wireless" to "Limited Wireless" on the phone's home page was worth it though.

lol dragon, there are the pins for you to connect the phone to a PC through USB.. yeah its hard to like keep a custom cable's pins touching those contacts so just.. buy a real one XD
unless you arent interested in modding too much, then bluetooth may work, but not as well and not as safely

.. youll see that the pinlayout on that page is what you see on the bottom of your phone -_-; it tells you which pin is for what, and which 4 pins to connect to use its USB connectivity
