No it does not, but imagine what kind of mess that would create with how the cables are routed from behind? All removable trays are made to slide out from the rear and that + rear cables just won't work. The tray cannot pop straight out because the I/O ports protrude out of the rear panel of the case, it wouldn't fit.

While the X-Meridian performs about the same as the X-Plosion and b-Enspirer in sound quality (they all use the same chip), as you can see, it fucks over in CPU usage. I recommend the Bluegears b-Enspirer.

GG dawg. Just remember that with MX-1, you do NOT try to spread the paste like with AS5. Its composition tends to clump together so spreading is virtually impossible. Just put a 'drop' on the center of the core and press the heatsink on it, itll spread out by itself. You can lift the heatsink back up to see if it spread as much as you wanted, or too much. Just don't try to manually spread the paste.

I don't see the need in doing that. I never had a problem with it not spreading. I mean really, just press down harder

However hard you press, its still nothing compared to how hard the clamps will be.

So just get the b-enspirer XD unless somethings cheaper? But then again there are those cheap X-Fi for under 100. more like 70.

EDIT:
but NOT the X-Fi Xtreme Audio. It looks like a Soundblaster Live! 24bit and you can't even choose X-Fi options in games that support it.

Hell yes a cheaper motherboard >_> You probably won't even lose any features that you'll use with a cheaper one, but be sure that it is still a 100% passively cooled motherboard.

The P180/182 has a lot of room. I'm a big guy with big forearms and hands and I had an easy time installing all the parts in the case.

MX-1:

Put a drop in the center about 1/4 the size of a dime and just place the heatsink on and clamp it down. Don't push it or wiggle it around, it will spread fine. Don't remove the HS after you've went and clamped it down either. Doing what I told you to do will coat 95%+ of the IHS with compound and the IHS will spread it evenly and pretty much better then a person could.

4GB of ram is too much to being with. You won't need it all.... go with 2GB and when a half of a reason comes for 4GB you could either buy 2 more 1GB sticks or sell your 2 1GB sticks and buy 2 2GB sticks.

I would drop to the 320MB of the 8800GTS... the extra V-Ram won't help that much and you'll save upwards of $100 USD

Get a DFI board for about $200 USD... it'll pwn that ASUS

Your spending about $20 more on a DVD writer then you have too... unless you need SATA DVD drives.

Prices will drop on that hardware in the next few months.. even if its only 5% they will drop.

Middle of page, this is with the other half of the duct removed. Keep in mind that although it fits an 80mm fan, a NORMAL THICKNESS fan will not fit. You would have to buy a thinner than usual 80mm just for the duct.
