BTW I self-generated an SSL certificate for mylilsite.net and you can use it by having https as so: https://www.mylilsite.net/bwp
What you get:
- Encrypted connection to the site.
- Warning from your browser that the certificate is untrusted.
It says untrusted because the certificate isn't generated by an actual certificate authority such as VeriSign (which is trusted). I may pay for a SSL certificate from a CA later on but for now, the one I generated for the site will at least allow for encryption at the cost of the browser warning you when you visit.
