Breakfast = 2-4 eggs, 2 pieces of toast with butter, bacon (or sausage), and either chocolate milk or orange juice.

Lunch = Something good

Dinner = Something really good

Snacks = Eat snacks after dinner. Eat whatever ye want then.

That should do it.

lol, I don't really eat on schedule. I just eat whenever. And usually when I eat I get a lot and eat really fast. I can't eat slow... dunno why tho.

Dew has lots of caffine. If I don't drink one after about 3 days to a wk I'll get bad head aches. I'm think of switchin' to caffine pills.
