Color Quality

ok guys and gals, I gotta question. Ya know in the video properties how you can select different "Color quality" (i.e. 8bit, 16bit, 32bit...)? Is there a card out there that goes to 64bit or more? or is this due to drivers?
This is only my opinion, I could be wrong.

ummmmm no. lol theres been no need. and if the video card was capable.. have fun finding a monitor that is also.
For computers, buying cheaply and often will only leave you constantly in a world of shit.

seems 2005 dun understand it ^^ the Color Quality is.. basicly how many colors you can see, like 16bit is 65k something amount of colors.. u can notice in pics that slowly lighten to another color (ie, top part fades from dark blue to light blue on bottom) in lower colors like 16bit, u can see the lines as it fades
