cant acess other account

I have 2 admin accounts, other than the admin account you start with. the problem is, with my new one (admin 2), the one i made incase my keyboard gets screwed up, i cant access files from the other admin account (admin 1), but i can access admin 2's files through admin 1...why?

i need to get files from admin 1 to 2, but i cant

(this is confusing me to)
