Ive had it done already, the school nurse said i was a risk to play football because of my weight. So in order for me to be allowed she made the coach arrange a body fat test at some kind of medical center and the results were alot better then she thought

I had around 48 lbs of fat or close to 17%, which for 300lbs isnt bad

well more then i should be obvisouly, most athletes have around 5-8% and the average person has probably around 10-12%.... but then again the average person only weighs 180 lbs and is only 5 ft 8 inches tall
