If they are factory installed, you have to have the key on and the headlights on "low beam". US regulations specify that fog lights extinguish when high beams are switched on for obvious reasons. The fog light switch may be separate from, or a part of, the head light switch.

not bad.. one of my dad's students gave a 128MB USB drive.. never heard of the brand but it looks and performs nicely :]
