Starforce is a bitch, because if it sees ANY ide devices on the system it refuses to run from a virtual drive. And makeing a backup copy is just as troublesome. You cannot play it from a virtual drive and Im pretty sure you cant even make a physical backup. Reason being is that virtual drives are SCSI devices and if both SCSI and IDE are on the same system the protection automatically thinks piracy. Now if you had a PCI IDE controller then you would be fine because it would be seen as mass storage and not IDE.

Which I've just successfully "acquired" the latest edition of. It works very well BTW.

Especially with Sonys new protection.
