Bandwidth Place 2

I got the PC back today and they said the pc booted up. when i got home and put in a pci card it booted half way. after it showed like the prim. slave. the PCI delivery list and such

then sometiems it goes to the start windows in safemode/networking mode/ command prompt etc. when i chose one of them it would stay there still.


Im not sure what they would mean by booted up.

any ideas?
