Am I the only guy who sees these people as potentially cool, even though rap's not my thing? Is it me who likes the message they're putting out above the fact that we have the collective IQ of a bananana? Am I the only one here who's addicted to people in bands? Possibly.

For a while I didn't like the idea of being in a band, because there was a sense of elitism and preppyness that I could always detect in bands I knew. But recently, I jamed out with a long time friend of mine - Angelica, who's into indie/college, obscure, Death Metal, shoegaze, and goth rock as much as I am - and it was pretty fun, because we knew that our musical differences were held to a minumum.
