Theres no need to use these "magical" elements. They simply make you work harder at your micro management then starcraft did. And until I started to get real good, I didnt even use them. Its a much more strategic game then SC.palmboy5 wrote:no WC3 is gaynever liked the idea of having fucked up spells and other assortments of magical elements that clearly show a sign of drugged producers.
guess what I found at Blizzard?

Chain lighting is ok, but the ferel spirits are a better first spell choice... you can creep and scout with them right off the bat. Chain lighting is usually my second spell with the FS and I almost never put points into the one that reveals the map. A far seer couled with a Shadow hunter can wreak havoc with a skilled orc player who has his micro down. The healing along with the chain lighting can do tons of damage... and in a 2v2 with the UD destroyers its just total destruction for your opponents. I never liked the Taruen Cheftain... and the Blade master was only good if you were doing 2v2 and both you and your opp were orc. You could both get a BM and learn WW as your first skill, then windwalk into their base and start takeing out their workers. If there were out creeping then they had to waste a TP or lose half their workers. If they hadent creeped adn were just sitting there then you could wait till your BM was really low in health and just WW your way back to your base.

I do good with Protoss then Zerg. For some reason Terren sucks for me. I could never get the right stratagy for em.
This is only my opinion, I could be wrong.

me neither.... the only fun i had with them was against the comps on a money map and there was only one entrance.
XD i put a buncha supply depots blocking the entrance, then bunkers behind them, with SCVs waiting for repairs, and a row of siege tanks behind that. all with an assortment of turrets here and there. its fun.
... until they come in from the sides. with that queen and w/e

For computers, buying cheaply and often will only leave you constantly in a world of shit.
