thas why everyone should kno the basics, but of course they dont, shit i dont lol... be glad tho, its keepin u with work 
Its sick really, I mean basics are:
Running disk defragmenter atleast once a month
Running virus and spyware programs once every two weeks (and UPDATEING THEM)
This nexts ones kinda iffy, some say you should do windows updates all the time. Im half an half on this one... if you do everything thing else this may be able to slide to some degree.
BACKUP files you cannot get back if your computer were to crash that instant.
Run some type of firewall, be it windows firewall or zonealarm firewall... something.
You cant get simpler then that... you do those things and you should never have an issue.
