I have only used 2 kinds of replacements for rolling papers. I have used the paper wrapper around a single roll of TP, un-inked of course, and I have used a blank page from the end of a bible. these worked fine, but never use plane paper, it’s too thick and there is additives in it.

so you think if i got a book and ripped a blank page out of it that will be fine?

nooooo. I said a blank page from a bible, one that uses parchment (semi see through) paper or the un-inked paper from a single TP roll. NOT just any book or paper.
