Asexual reproduction? Certain animals are capable of growing both male and female sexual organs in periods which no other sex partners really exist. I'm not sure if this extends to spiders, but I would definitely look it up online or something.

Perhaps it was fertilised by a smaller one? Maybe the smaller ones are males?

of different species?? i mean, not even closely similar.....

and would asexual really happen after just a few months?

PB Im not even sure I will graduate... but whatever at this point I could care less. And I really doubt that spiders are asexual... perhaps it was pregnant when you captured it and its now just laying eggs.

Oh well, biology gets really confusing.

In light of recent events, I don't think I'll be graduating on time either.

Well my grades are more then okay but I extremely hate doing community service or having to do a senior project.

explain this.. "senior project" :]

i already mentioned, the spider layed some eggs shortly after i captured it, now it did it again.

Wow, that's really strange PB. I have a feeling it can fertilise itself, or it has some sort of cache where it can store sperm from when it last got laid, and uses it on itself occasionally.

2005, that's pretty gay. You have good grades, so you damn well should be allowed to graduate. I guess community service seems like a good idea on paper, though. The reason I won't graduate on time is because my grades suck, and this is because I'm constantly swinging back and forth from school and back. Just the other week, I missed around seven days of school. The time before the last time I moved (sometime last September), I missed a week. It really sucks.

wait wait wait! for the spider i have, does it lay the eggs, THEN the male fertilizes?! in that case none of the earlier babies should have been,... babies... o.O

dragon i dunno if eating it is gonna do anything about sperm.... and not always ;)

I average 81% in every class, thats good considering I do nothing outside of class and sometimes not even then... i dont put much effort into all buy physics because I like that.

Biology as an interest can be confusing. Biology as a class I can easily ace, as I've been taking it for a few years now (due to moving around and never being able to get full credit for it).
