I've seen text books that say one, two and three, as well. I think much of the English language is up to interpretation, like wether or not you should capitalise "President".

Whether. Capitalize.

Anyway, if you say President Bush, it should be capitalized. If you are talking about the president, then lower case is acceptable.

And I wonder why they call me the English teacher.

The latter is perfectly acceptable. Since the comma basically means "and" anyway, it would be redundant to use the comma and the word.

Dude, how long is your hair? The last time I let mine grow I had a braid that ended 6 inches above my beltline. Got tired of it and went back to a "standard" cut. Saved the braid for posterity, though.

My hair is about shoulder length, but I hope that soon enough I'll be able to have it in back without the help of a ponytail (it gets annoying in my eyes, but if I cut it I'd have to stop headbanging). After I get out of high school, I plan to cut it off and donate it somewhere before I possibly join the military - I learned recently that in the air force, you can have a job as a musician.

You might wana bulk up and start cardio training if your thinking of military. Air force isnt as bad but for marines I think it would nearly kill you unless your in alot better shape then id guess. Either way the pants aren't me, im a plain denim jeans kinda guy with the plain short sleeved T-shirt. Call me plain but its what I like.
