And the thing most roundeyes don't realize is, January 1st doesn't have the same meaning to the Asians. The Chinese New Year can be as late as the first week of February, if I'm not mistaken. So even though the placemats at most Chinese restaurants are wrong, I was born in the Year of the Dragon.
