Yikes, I wear sunscreen anyway, and when I can't, I wear some arm covers that I made, in addition to always having pants on (never shorts). I'm pale as can be!

If you burn alot it helps... i dont burn though because i spend considerdable time outside and my skin gets dark enough to resist burning
