Not really PB, nearly the same speeds at a tiny fraction of the price... no one in their right minds would care. Hell Id be willing to be 95% of Broadband people cant DL at a rate of 5Mbps... so who needs more then that. My max DL is only 4mbps right now so yea. That package for 200$ a month is the best value all around.

i mean the T3 prices will be brought down, to compete 
problem is the servers, they usually set a cap speed themselves, only good places to notice the speed is like... Bittorrent and downloading multiple sites
