No not bs.... why couldnt we download its not sharing, i do think however it is illegal to do either, but ive only ever heard of a handful of cases where downloaders were prosecuted... usually they only go after uploaders.

Lol Oh i get it. But for me, even if I upload, they cant do jack right? e.g. if the RIAA came to my house, I could like do a little dance thrusting my penis and stuff rite and lead them to my PC and show them everything im downloading / uploading (60GB) and they cant do jack rite

i thought downloads in the USA were illegal? I know some people were arrested for it a couple months ago because they downloaded like 60GB of music/video/etc

I told u theyre really only going after uploaders, its more effective to stop the problem at its source.
