267 pounds N words, still fat but down from 320 just last november.

Watching a bunch of ronnie coleman videos and hating how has abs at 290 pounds and I had man boobies.

Its not like hes lighter than you AND with abs, so its all good.

exercising doesnt give you abs, low bodyfat does.

acully its more of a mix, but bodyfat has a huge role in it, most people do have 6 pack abs, they are just being covered up.

with that said, i have been very very stressed lately, and i weigh 129 pounds it kinda sucks, i dont know why i am unhappy about it

I have very big, very strong abs but you can only see the top two when I felx them and barely. You really can only see them because of how much bigger then normal they are, my bodyfat % is way too high to have abs.

Being built all over though is more attractive then just having a six pack.

you know what i hate, is when i started working out a few months ago, my stomach got bigger because of my abs, but i still had the same body fat, so it made me look fatter.

the same thing with my arms, you cant tell there is muscle there, because im not one of those skinny fucks like palm is

Well I'm naturally a very big guy. Even after I lost the 55 pounds that I did I'm still wearing 3XL clothing and 40" size jeans. My shoulders/chest barely fit in a 3XL but the midsection of the shirt is way too big for me it just looks bad.

In the future I'll probably have to have my clothes altered to make them look decent.

For some reason, guys think that big arms and a six pack make you god like in regards to physique.

I'd wrather not have abs at all and have bowling ball shoulders and a wide thick as hell back.
