.... how can you not... install video drivers O_O

thats like the first thought i have when i reformat: the stupid screen is running at 60 hertz and my eyes hurt.

(but then i usually install them after i get SP1/2 installed along with some other things so by that time when i finally change to 75 hertz the beauty just .. astounds me  )

:O i both laugh at you and think your lucky.

i would love to be able to live with such low frequencies without a fuss but i cant. BUT i would also hate knowing my eyes are "slower"

its how many times the monitor shows the image per second, it just depends on the user, i cant STAND 60hz cuz its too slow, so slow that i can see flickers. see it as FPS. same thing. lower fps means shit.

I only use 60hz when I'm in 1280X1024, which is if I'm just doing something except gaming. I can see it flicker when I first switch, but then it's nothing. Goes away.

Gaming, it's at least 85hz, depending on res.

Whatta mean only you guys know?!?
Sorry, Q! I keep forgetting you have good taste in music. 8)

Yeah, do a Google "images" search for Evening, Fall of Day and you'll see it.

BTW, disc one of Physical Graffiti is currently in my car's CD changer. Well, disc 2 is in there, too, but I was listening to disc one yesterday.
Take me across the water, cuz I need someplace to hide.
