Alright, 2005 to be completely honest with you, and not fucking with you, i'm just stoned and you're a funny guy to fuck with I remember that from the old days, sylvia is going to rape and shit on liddell the iceman will be torched. Pride fighting is a whole different sport. Check it out if you wanna see good fights, and my numbers as of the end of senior year, which was this june pretty much I benched 200 as my 1 rep max, 175 for 5 for 5 sets and then 150 for 10 reps for 2 sets. I dont feel like explaining other body muscles, my weight training coach had some complex shit going on. But as far as fighting goes man, dont get too cocky cause you're strong, if you fighting someone who knows anything about fighting he will make you look like a fool, those fighting styles arent just wrestling, wrestling as you might know it in your highschool is a peice of shit. grecoromans are wayoldschool and niggas evolveeed son. I've done a little BJJ, so if you and me were to fight yeah you're stronger but if I got you in a triangle and broke both your orbital bones nigga you out. truth. word. mutha. bitch. meh... I still dont buy into the MMA stuff, and on that note whats to stop me from learning it???
Right now im 5'11 314lbs
As of two weeks ago my best lifts are:
345 lb benchpress
405 lb squat (down from over 500 in HS)
405 lb deadlift (I rack pulled this 3 times)
205 lb overhead military press
I suspect by winter my #'s will be
385 lb bench
500+ lb squat
500+ lb deadlift
235 lb military
Just a question? Why bring up numbers at all???
