To me, thats not appealing at all.

Little tiny twig boys, who are "lean" not ripped.

People say ripped and think muscles. We all have those muscles its just that you can't see them.

I would rather have bowling ball shoulders, a wide thick back, huge arms and thick beefy legs with a oak tree neck then look like Abercrombie and Fitch boy.

But thats just me

True, but I'm building my body how I want it to look. I'm probably biased because I'm a big guy to begin and have much above average size and strength but its the physique I want and thats the one you want.

Women who are worth while will consider more then your appearance.

You also have to realize that looks are NOT as important to women as they are to men. The thing that means most to them is personality (humor, creativity, romance, intelligence, mystique etc). Of course many won't come out and say this, women run more on emotion than logic, this is more of a subconscious thing that many of them don't even realize! And if you do want to worry about the looks, height > weight, as far as women's views go.

And yea man, that Jesse McCartney bitch is NOT built at all. He's normal if anything.

Second Q's post. Confirmed in Psych class yesterday too. I think the top categories were intelligence and earning potential. Something along those lines. Prof. said that yes appearance is one of the factors but its of such a low precedence that it isn't even included in the list.

Of course if you're gay, as I hinted at in my previous post, then yes keep going. A guy's first priority is appearance.

Its not an overnight thing, its a marathon not a nascar race.

The unassisted human body (see no steriods) can gain 1/2 a pound of muscle per week and you don't want to gain much if any fat at all.

Take your time ace, time is key.

I spend 30-40 min 4 days a week in the gym and I've put on 10 pounds of muscle this year. I was already a damn big guy before that.

You have to work smarter, and then work harder. Nutrition is of the highest importance. Just pace yourself, it does and will take time. To see the kinds of changes your looking for will take years to achieve. We all start somewhere.
