I did it. I got the Geforce GTX 1050Ti. Just installed it. Almost didn't fit in my case :)

I thought my GT720 played diablo 3 well but now I see a big difference. Glad I made the purchase.

How important is refresh rate :?: Mine was set for 60Hz but I found 75Hz is better. My monitor says 75Hz is out of range but 70Hz seems to work. Should I leave it at 70Hz or change back to the default of 60Hz :?:

High refresh rate is very important for games.

Refresh rate is so important that nVidia and AMD have both developed their own mechanisms to improve fluidity:

70Hz doesn't quite matter though vs 60Hz...

SiSoft told me my refresh rate should be 75Hz. So I take it my monitor is too old for 120Hz. I have never had a problem with the games I play, Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, to name a few. I probably don't need to worry about this then.
