A sealed case filled with a fluid which would be passed through a filter with an external pump which would pass it through something kinda like a heat pipe deal with fins. Basically to air cool the fluid.

lol u dont mean the actual cast with the mobo and everything right? ^^

just a tank, connected to a radiator thingy, connected to a cooling block on the CPU and other things through tubes. right??

NO. I mean it's all in fluid. You have to use special stuff. Like no corrosive, non-electrical conducting fluids.
