Loading problems.

For starters as you can see the task bar bottom left has NO Windows Messenger icon there. I didn't load it. The pic below shows the settings for my windows messenger.

Also, NetStat Live isn't loaded at all, and usually when it does load, the icon doesn't appear. It's the icon that has a blue square around it (bottom right task bar).

Both boxes are unchecked, so why is it still loading? How can I make it not load unless I do so?

Here are the NetStat Live settings.

Any idea how to fix this? The same problem only happens when it loads a lot at start up. There're 12 icons loaded.

Row 1 - NetStat Live, Windows Task Manager, HP OfficeJet T45, Norton Internet Security Pro 2004
Row 2 - Yahoo Messenger, ZoneAlarm Pro, Norton AntiVirus, Kensington MouseWorks.
Row 3 - Download Accelerator Plus (v5.3), Volume Control Panel, Adobe Version Cue (Have no clue what this is or what it does), Hardware thing that comes up when something plugged into USB ports to safely remove it.

I also have AIM - sometimes 3 or 4 clones, MSN Messenger, and Windows Messenger open sometimes when I have them all installed. MSN Messenger is the only one not installed.

turn it off in start > Run > msconfig > Startup

OH YEAH! I forgot you could do that... I haven't had msconfig open in so long. Any ideas why nsl didn't load though?

[EDIT]

I just did it, pretty sure it shouldn't load now. Unchecked it from services.

That is a lot of processes. Hmm, how many do I have right now... Oh yes, 21.
