why do teachers care so much about people cheating in school?!?!
1. if its only once, and theyre failing, its not gonna fucking help them
2. if they get good grades, but forgot to study for once or something, why not? theyll prolly get back to it after... being a good student and all
3. if they cheat all the time. fuck them, doesnt matter, theyre still paying the school, through tax or tuition. who the fuck cares? theyre gonna be failures in life anyway...

For one, it's morally wrong.

Cheating doesn't help the person who's cheating, it just hinders their ability to learn. Just look at Dragon. He had to cheat to get out of kindergarten and now all he can spell correctly is "LOL". And that's not even a word.

Look at cheating from an adult standpoint. You work your butt off at your job all year and at the end of the year Dragon tells the boss he did all the work so the boss promotes him and demotes you because you haven't done anything worthwhile all year.

Is cheating okay now?

Cheating sucks. I hate people who cheat or do anything realated to it. If you wanna be awesome at something, then just get better at it. Like me, I'm awesome, and I'm going to be even more awesome.

Well, in this day and age of warning labels on everything (don't use the hair drier in the bathtub due to electric shock possibility) maybe they're just covering their asses. (Did everyone notice the correct usage of they're and their, BTW.)

I can just see some stupid ass parent complaining to the school board that the teacher never said little Johnny couldn't cheat off Billy so he doesn't deserve the F.

If people would take responsibility for their actions, maybe your teachers wouldn't have to remind everyone that cheating is wrong and against the rules.

But then that would mean that effort would have to be put forth on a regular basis. People in general are lazy and would wrather have something the easy way. I took it that Palm cheated on a test and then got caught. I too dislike people who cheat, it means they are saying they dont wish to put forth the effort, and it also means they do not wish to be responsible for their education. Excuses weaken everything, people make them anytime they need to cover their ass and even when they knew ahead of time they had a responsiblity but chose to neglect it.
