How do youi make a drive "autorun"?

i want to make it so that when i put in the memory stick, it auto detects it and auto runs it so that t that wizard thing is used to save the files from my memory stick to my computer

select the drive.. right click, properties, autorun, blah blah blah i dunno im guessing

i guess u should be able to.. ionno in that weird thingy that pops up to ask what program to open for it, it should have a wizard in it? just make it do that every time with that check thing
