I remeber our neighboor with computers... lmao i had to fix the dam thing every single day almost. Trying to help her over the phone or im was impossible , and even when i did show her she just forgot or only remembered for a little while. Neither her or her bf were very literate with compys, hed just delete whatever he felt like and ended up reformating it like 10 times the first week or so. I just gave up and told them i didnt know what to do whenever they called or came over.
