I ruined some pots leaving them on a stove, but never in my life have I seen a real pot do that. Are you sure it's a pot? I did the cook thing for a few years and that to me looks more like a lid or some type of bowl.

i know, it doesnt look like the typical pots... the whole thing looks cheap, but she said it was "really cheap" so she got it...
