The shortcuts on programs

Ok. I see the like directories of like winamps, Winrar, spybot, shareaza, etc.BUT not the ventrilo one, AND I need it so I can use more than one vent at a time. Anyone know how to??
AND it doesnt say Target Location. On others it says the like Winamp for Winamp Winrar for Winrar. etc.
