Ive never really used it, maybe one time ( im not sure it was even once ).

But in general I dont say anything online or over the phone that i wouldnt say in front of a supreme court judge. I mean anything with regards to the laws or breaking them as you never know truely what people take notes of. Best way to not get in to trouble with this is not to give them a reason.
