Upgraded Service?

Hot damn, my cap has always been 3000 kbps for my cable...

I just got a new modem a few days back, look at it now... This is after about 10 tests:

4371 kbps (546.4 KB/sec transfer rate)
432 kbps (54 KB/sec transfer rate)

My upload is the same, but holy shit my download increased. I hope it isn't just a bandwidth leak, I want it to stay like this.
