Like I said... if it werent for my parents I would have 15000/3000 so its all good dog. That and the 15000/3000 would be cheaper then my current 2k/420ish

yup "fiber optic to the home" .. except the actual fiber optic cable ends at the power lines, continues to your house through something like cable
