additional rule though, when you time it, you start from when you click OK to when the progress bar window goes away

mine at 10x250 got 34 seconds

lol hey thats actually kinda scary...
photoshop is multi-threaded, so it would make sense that my dual core is about half the time, meaning your 3GHz P4C is only a LITTLE slower than a my 2.5GHz in say.. CS:S?!?!

I'm obtaining Photoshop right now, just so I can try to run this test. I get the feeling it's going to be around twice 2005's timeframe. :b

lol mine at 9x260 (now stable with 16 hours of prime and counting) got 35 seconds..
160MHz = 1 second?? lmao.. still shooting for 22 seconds though :P thats only like.. a 2GHz OC
