First off I haven't had any problems with acne ever in my life, had a wee case of it back in the 4th grade I think (hit puberty a lot earlier then most kids in my grade). I want to call it puberty really, unless your sure that you really do have oily skin and its not puberty.
If thats the case then go back to the doctor and tell him it did nothing to help you. Spending all that money on skin care products is a last resort. Bring your research up with him, explain which products your thinking of buying/using and for what reason.
I sweat heavily myself, mainly because im 290 pounds right now and I lift every single day so my skin is pretty nasty 2 or so hours out of the day and I have zero acne problems.

I have a moderate amount of acne, and I apply some lotion thing my mom buys from Market America (some bullshit cosmetics thing) during my shower because it wants the face to be wet, and for the lotion to be washed off with warm water after a few minutes.
I don't think its affect is particularily significant, because apart from that I usually just wet a towel and wipe my face a couple times (no soap, too troublesome). I would expect if I used soap on the towel and wiped it would produce the same effect.
Go ahead and try those three things, it won't cost that much more than asking your doctor right away (esimating $10-20 co-pay for each of both the visit and the medication). Spend the 30 bucks on the three and give it a shot.

For computers, buying cheaply and often will only leave you constantly in a world of shit.
Re: Skincare
Yea, used to happen to me all the time too. My face is pretty oily.I7Iz490N wrote:I noticed that I actually have very oily skin, and once I wash my face, in about 45 minutes - 1 hour, there will be little oil drops on my nose on the blackheads.
I just use some standard cream stuff made by Oxy twice a day (after I take a shower in the morning, and an hour or two before bed) , and some of those cleaning pad things mid-day. Works great for me. Every now and again, if I think I need it, I'll take a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it and just scrub my face a little bit. Smells like shit, but it works.
Good luck man.
Here to impress.
During football camp we showered 3 times per day, because you had to after each practice or you and anything you touched smelled like anus for the remainder of the camp.palmboy5 wrote:Who the hell showers more than once a day?
I also sometimes take two showers depending upon the days plans. Some days I get up early and go lift, come home and shower only to find out that my friend, his gf and some hot chicks want to go out and do something and then its like wtf I smell bad so i get self conscious and shower again.
