New Job

#1 Post by Q12321 » Fri Nov 02, 2007 12:22 am

Tech support for Bethesda muthafuckahs. Had it for a week now, I like it a lot. VERY laid back and everything. But, I get fucking Oblivion questions all day, I swear. :D

lol ZOMG you must post all the questions you get that you deem stupid! o-o

How many calls would you say the company gets every day? I would just use email or live chat or some shit so to me I don't imagine there to be many but hey I'm not "normal" :D

EDIT:
Woops I thought you were doing the calls but you didn't specify such.
For computers, buying cheaply and often will only leave you constantly in a world of shit.

Is no my yob mang.
LOL
Sounds great. Glad to hear your doing something you enjoy. I can testify to the "not so brite" questions ask by people in support of anything electronic/digital. I have gotten some doosies about the security and fire alarms operations.
This is only my opinion, I could be wrong.

Ha yea, the job rocks. Starting monday I'll save all the dumb emails. =P

To be honest, we do get a lot of emails and web hits, about 100 total just over my shift today. Add that with about 30-40 phone calls, keeps the group I'm in busy. =)
Here to impress.
