1. 1. Should my CPU have a warranty??

2. remember when i had my big problem wit my pc, it kept shutting. well remember when i showed you guys that i could choose a speed in the bios. and i chose 3200 for awhile but i changed it back after awhile because of the advice given in BWP. So do you guys think that could be the problem to my automatic shuttings??

check newegg's RMA thing for that order... you wont have a warranty from AMD but newegg had/has one
