The 70GBs in one day is wrong... at 2 Mbps you could only download at most (roughly) 22.7 Gigabytes... check at numion.com... at 10 Mbps you can download 70GB in 15 hrs and something according to that site so...
EX: If I could download a 650 MB file in 20 mins in 24 HRs I could only DL 45.703125 GBs.

24 hours x 60 = 1440 Minutes.
1440 Minutes / 20 minutes = 72 times
72 times x 650 Megabytes = 46800 Megabytes
46800 Megabytes / 1024 = 45.703125 GBs
