How to reduce pic size

I have CS screen shots that are all aorund 900KB, how can i reduce the size?

Photoshop is the best way I know.

I used to use PSP & Photoshop because some things are easier to do with PSP than they are with Photoshop but I forgot what they were LOL :D

hmm... i only briefly checked out fireworks a few times. my conclusion: it cant do shit!

fireworks didnt have nearly as many options as photoshop when i checked it...
