Since no one seems to be posting (which I can't blame you save you all have lives and I don't) here are some of the more interesting things I've discovered over the past few weeks.

1) Antec P190

The mother of all cases. There's a video review thats 9 min long on tomshardware which I'll link but for the lazy people (dragon) I'll highlight the more important features =)

http://www.tomshardware.com/site/flash_ ... eview.html

This thing is retardly expensive at $449 but features:

1) 200mm side exhaust fan
1) 120mm rear exhaust fan
2) 140mm top exhaust fans
1) 120mm fan in lower chamber in front of PSU
1) 120mm fan that fits in the front of the removeable HDD shelf
1) 120mm fan that fits in the very front of the case by the HDD shelf

It comes pre installed with two power supplies. 1 650W and 1 550W Neopower power supplies, 1 for the board and and addon cards (650) and the other for everything else.

Now both sides of the case are removable to hide the modular (yes thats right, modular power cables) behind the tray. It also has an external rear fan controller which is a nice feature.

This is a nice case, but a bit too expensive. On the plus side it does come with free 3 day shipping.

Its also a bit bigger then the P180 as it will hold 12X13 and the P180 only holds 12x9.6

In other news...

The wii is ripping shit up in terms of profits. The console has now sold more then 9 million units and has made Nintendo a good deal of profit. I'm considering to get one as soon as the price drops down and then solder a mod chip in that bad boy. Wiis are easy as hell to mod.

There are now 9 million subscribers to WoW. Thats pretty fucken good considering the burning crusade hasn't even hit china yet and that figure doesn't include promotional, expired or canceled accounts. WoW has to be one of the most profitable titles of all time.

Politions have deemed P2P a threat to national security. <- what they said

Polititions are now using an excuse to actively do something about the rampant piracy rate. <--- what I thought

So because government officals were installing P2P applications on their computers (which is forbidden for obvious reasons) they now deem this their reason to attack the P2P networks

Due to a flaw in the xbox360 hardware, M$ recently extended the warranty to 3 years. Yet once more I pat my PS3 on its shiny black surface and then quickly struggle to get the smudgemarks back off of it.

A recent update in the THG VGA charts has shown that the 8800GTS 640MB out paces the new ATI 2900HD and the the 320MB of the 8800GTS (which itself even beats the 2900HD) is very close in performance to the double memory variant.

Everest Ultimate Engineer edition is quite possibly the best diagnostic/benchmarking/stresstesting software ever created. It pwns.

1.) The P182 also hides the cables behind the motherboard tray and I find that to be the biggest and only worthwhile change for both the P182 and P190. Runner-up would be that the P190's EATX specification allows it to fit those high-end but fucking long-ass video cards of which you can probably afford if you can afford the P190.

2.) I don't believe in games where your strength has a 95% dependency on how little of a life you have. I prefer games that actually require skill, not time. Not to doubt its level of addiction if I gave it a shot, but no, no MMORPGs for me.

Unfortunately unnumbered:
The Wii is overrated and the reasons I have already posted. Even my dad gets frustrated at the Wii remote's inability to actually follow your movements. Which leads me to kick his ass in tennis by flicking my wrist (making it equivalent to pressing a button but still not as dependable as a button) as he foolishly still tries to swing naturally. *cough* graphics suck *cough*

Yes AMD's new video card didn't quite live up to the 8800GTX-pwner it was supposed to be... But hey, they priced it at the level of the GTS so its ok.

I shall check out that Engineer edition, I only have Ultimate edition right now.. The thing I like the most about it is that you do not need to install it. I can put it on my flash drive and run it on any PC I need to. :D

2) The Q6600 only dropped $60 on newegg, 400 to 340. Making it approximately $50 higher than on NCIX O_O

I shall end with: THANK YOU for not mentioning the damn iPhone shit.

Hey I read here:
http://www.mininova.org/tor/805459
in an earlier version of the Everest engineer thing and as you can see it says it can display the used video memory.. where is that? >_>

What sharing network was he using? :| I'm guessing its not DC++ since its user base is smaller than that of say.. Limewire.
