Local HDD vs NAS HDDs through gigabit ethernet

LOL HALP.
Local HDD (Seagate 750GB 7200RPM):

NAS HDD (Samsung 1TB 5900RPM):

NAS HDD (Seagate 1TB 7200RPM):

There has to be something wrong! Local HDDs should never epic fail like that.
Especially not against cheap gigabit where 70MB/s is basically the network bottleneck instead of max of the HDDs.
