buying a new low-end-ish desktop

im leavin my media center at home, its part of my recording studio now...
so i need a shit computer for school and i dont wanna build from my parts on my own and i dont wanna spend alot

video/sound are not too important for this comp (no gaming or anythin), hd space is not important at all either cuz ill take a removable usb drive from here when i need it, jus need it to be a tolerable speed while doin homework/email/aim/winamp + dling and playin mp3s and movies

Its a decent deal... but you wont do much better then that unless you build it yourself. And even then you wouldnt for the fact windows costs 80 (home) - 120 (pro).

i hate spending money, i wanna get it around 350...

how much ram would i need for the simple stuff ima be doin?

should i find sumin similar which is REFURBISHED?

i might jus have to use my old slow ass comp and buy win xp for real...

um... what?? so is it 256 or 512 O_O fucking retarded HP.. it better fucking be 512, make sure its 512. otherwise i guess its ok (it is a prebuilt..)
