LOL from what im seeing, i think theyre exactly the same XD except at 400MHz it runs cooler so its easier on my lap :P things lag sometimes though.
For computers, buying cheaply and often will only leave you constantly in a world of shit.

k got the Hitachi 5400RPM 60GB HD replaced with a Fujitsu 5400RPM (maybe, if i dont say anything then it is a fujitsu) 100GB.. the laptop is at least 20% heavier. i dont understand.
the new HD is louder but nothing much
still installing windows

oh i forgot, this is really weird
when the guy came to deliver the laptop he asked me what I used to format the drive. I told him
"I use the windows CD to format the partition for windows, then partition magic for the second storage partition"
and he was like
"oh, that caused it"
me: "really... i do this for my 6 other computers and nothing ever happened"
him: "nah it caused it, i shouldnt have replaced it then.."

wtf??

If that was the problem then you could have low level formatted the drive and then tried to format it with just one program and it should have worked. His explantion gives it away that he doesnt know shit lol
